Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site with no authority to act for Camas County, Blaine County Detention Center, Gooding County Jail, the Idaho Department of Correction, parole or probation offices, VINE, BOP, ICE, or a court. It does not store official government records. Staff cannot confirm custody, order or carry out a release, alter a record, accept a public-record request for an agency, file a court document, or give an official case status.

The site points visitors toward government record sources and third-party research tools. Those destinations remain responsible for their own content, searches, records, decisions, and services.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site responsibly and lawfully. By accessing it, each visitor agrees not to:

• Use the site or information obtained through it to violate any law
• Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
• Use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited eligibility decision
• Attempt to enter accounts, servers, systems, or data without authorization
• Deploy bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated extraction tools
• Interfere with performance, security, availability, or another visitor’s use

No Consumer Reports

Camas County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not offer FCRA-covered services through this site. Visitors agree not to use information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection, housing qualification, or lease decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, insurance eligibility, or premium setting
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government program
• Any other decision or purpose governed by the FCRA

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff and jail pages, release records, Idaho corrections and court portals, legal-aid resources, VINE, federal custody tools, and outside search providers. A link is supplied for convenience and does not endorse the destination. Camas County Released Inmates is not responsible for an outside site’s accuracy, content, data practices, security, availability, pricing, or terms. Visitors should review the destination’s policies before using it or submitting information.

Provided Without Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access
• Freedom from errors, bugs, malicious code, or security weaknesses
• The scope, quality, or completeness of partner search results

Custody, transfer, release, supervision, warrants, court entries, and public access can change quickly. Nothing displayed here is an official statement by Camas Sheriff, a housing jail, IDOC, a court, or another government agency. Verify each fact with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camas County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site, its content, an outside link, or a partner service. This limit applies even if the possibility of loss was known.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camas County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees that arise from the visitor’s use of the site, misuse of information, violation of law, infringement of another person’s rights, or breach of these Terms of Use.

Ownership of Site Materials

Original text, graphics, branding, logos, site design, and code are owned by Camas County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner and are protected by intellectual-property law. No one may copy, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative material from, or commercially exploit those materials without prior written permission, except where law expressly permits the use.

Revisions to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be changed at any time to reflect revised services, risks, practices, or legal requirements. A new version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use after posting means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This includes action taken to protect security, enforce these terms, respond to suspected misuse, perform maintenance, or discontinue a feature.

Idaho Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may properly proceed must be filed in a court with jurisdiction within Idaho.

Severability of Terms
